Postage & Packaging
Packing & Postage for all mainland U.K. addresses is a standard charge
of £3.50.
We us the Royal Mail to deliver our parcels to you.
Orders are normally dispatched within 3 working days (once payment is cleared, received or authorized), but 28 days should be allowed for out of stock items. We will always contact you should the items not be expected to reach you within 7 working days of you placing your order.
Cancellation & Returns
According to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, as the consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days, beginning the day after receipt of the goods . Refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation.
To cancel an order, please e-mail sales@clothes4prematures.co.uk , Telephone us or write to us and include or quote your receipt or order reference. It is requested that goods be returned to us soon after cancellation, at the customers cost, to the following address:

Please use the Royal Mail and obtain proof of posting as a minimum.
If you fail to return the goods we will arrange collection and deduct the direct cost from the refund.
Goods should be returned in the condition they were received by you, with the original labels attached. Please note that we cannot refund return postage, except when the goods are found to be faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
